• 101: The manipulated variable inhibit time is set less than the wait time to evaluate the feedback signal contacts when switching on the shutoff valve (p0230 < p9625[0]/p9825[0])
• 102: The manipulated variable inhibit time is set less than the wait time to evaluate the feedback signal contacts when switching off the shutoff valve (p0230 < p9625[1]/p9825[1]).

1. For fault value = 100: Check the enable of Safety Integrated and the shutoff valve (p9601/p9801, p0218.0)
